Only six out of eleven Defendants have been served (Docs. 5-10). Pursuant to N.D. Tex. Civ. R. 4.1, [p]roof of service or of waiver of service must be made by filing with the clerk the summons and any supporting documentation required or allowed by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4, or an executed waiver." LR 4.1. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file proof or waiver of service in compliance with N.D. Tex. Civ. R. 4.1 no later than November 17, 2023, as to Defendants Armando Carlos, Erick Lara, Arturo Monzalvo, Elizabeth Venegas Nunez, Ascencion Quiroz, Anrik Rojas, and Alexis Venegas.
