September 19, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER REGARDING SERVICE ON THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: Came on for consideration the above-captioned action wherein Charles E. Johnson is plaintiff and the United States of America is the defendant. The court finds that, pursuant to Rule 4(c) (3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the summons and complaint should be served by the United States Marshal. Therefore, The court ORDERS that the clerk complete appropriate and sufficient forms to facilitate service of the summons and complaint on defendant. The court further ORDERS that, upon completion of such forms, the clerk issue summons, with copy of complaint attached, for service on defendant, and deliver them, and sufficient copies thereof, to the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Texas for service on defendant in the manner contemplated by the rule set forth above. The court further ORDERS that, upon receipt of such process papers from the clerk, the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Texas cause service of summons to be made in the manner contemplated by the rule set forth above.
