FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE: Although this Court has jurisdiction over bankruptcy cases, Burchs claims in the case should be heard in the bankruptcy court. The undersigned therefore RECOMMENDS that United States District Judge Mark Pittman withdraw the reference of the case to the undersigned and refer it to the Honorable Mark X.
