ORDER DENYING MOTION TO PROCEED ON APPEAL IN FORMA PAUPERIS: On August 9, 2019, movant Lawrence Carey filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal accompanied by a certificate of inmate trust account. After review and consideration of the motions to proceed in forma pauperis and the account certificate pursuant to the provisions of 28 U. S. C. 1915 (a) (1) and Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 24 (a) (2), the court finds that Movant is financially able to pay the entire $505.00 appellate filing fees, such that the motion must be denied.
