September 15, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 11 ORDER: By an order entered on September 8, 2020, the court extended the time for the government to respond to Defendant/Movant William Lyle Morrison's 2255 motion and several related motions and documents. Order, ECF No. #9 . Subsequently, Morrison filed an additional Affidavit of Norene Cobb. Cobb Affidavit, ECF No. #10 . The Court finds that the government should consider this latest affidavit along with Morrison's motion to expand the record.
