ORDER: By an order entered on September 8, 2020, the court extended the time for the government to respond to Defendant/Movant William Lyle Morrison's 2255 motion and several related motions and documents. Order, ECF No. #9 . Subsequently, Morrison filed an additional Affidavit of Norene Cobb. Cobb Affidavit, ECF No. #10 . The Court finds that the government should consider this latest affidavit along with Morrison's motion to expand the record. Furthermore, until the government files its answer or other response, Morrison shall file no additional documents without seeking leave of Court. (Ordered by Judge Reed C.
