ORDER...Because the Court finds that it does not have personal jurisdiction over Kadkhoda, the Court finds that Defendants Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. #5 ) should be and hereby is GRANTED as to Galderma's claims against Kadkhoda. Accordingly, Galderma's claims against Kadkhoda are hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. Further, because the Court finds that it does have personal jurisdiction over BBK and that it should retain the case, the Court finds that Defendants Motion to Dismiss should be and hereby is DENIED as to Galderma's claims against BBK. Finally, for the reasons noted above, the Court finds that BBK's Motion to Transfer Venue should be and hereby is DENIED. Behdad Kadkhoda terminated.
