Filing 2 ORDER SEVERING HABEAS CORPUS CLAIMS: In light of Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court liberally construes his complaint to raise new habeas corpus claims, which should be severed and addressed in a separate action. To proceed with a habeas corpus action, Plaintiff will need to file a petition for writ of habeas corpus on the appropriate form and submit the $5.00 filing fee or a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, the habeas corpus claims are SEVERED from this action and Plaintiff is ORDERED within thirty days, from the date of filing of this order, to (1) complete and return the enclosed form for actions filed under 28 U.S.C. 2241, and (2) pay the $5.00 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis with the required certificate of inmate trust account.
