ORDER: The Court hereby ORDERS the parties to confer and determine whether the agreed dismissal as to those Defendants should be with prejudice or without prejudice. The Court further ORDERS that, if the agreed dismissal is intended to be with prejudice, Mahler shall file an amended Motion to Dismiss to that effect on or before October 7, 2021. The parties are notified that if nothing is received by that deadline, the undersigned shall recommend dismissal of Mahler's claims against Inman, Singler, and the Allman Law Firm without prejudice, as requested in the Motion to Dismiss.
