ORDER: Before the Court is State Farm's Notice of Dismissal of Rhy Group, Inc. (ECF No. #12 ), filed June 10, 2022. State Farm has voluntarily dismissed Defendant Rhy Group. The Court directs the Clerk to terminate this party. Rhy Groups Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. #9 ), filed April 25, 2022, is now MOOT. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that State Farm must file a motion for alternative service or voluntarily dismiss Shenzhen on or before June 24, 2022.
