It is therefore ORDERED that plaintiff Wolfes amended motion for emergency injunctive relief (ECF No. #5 ) and his complaint in the nature of mandamus (ECF No. #6 ), are DISMISSED without prejudice to Wolfes right to incorporate those requests for relief into an amended complaint. It is further ORDERED that Wolfes motion for extension of time (ECF No. #7 ) is GRANTED, such the time to file an amended complaint is extended until May 22, 2023. (wxc)

A form application to proceed in forma pauperis (with cause number thereon) shall be mailed to Plaintiff along with a certificate of inmate trust account for completion and return to the clerk of Court within the time period set forth below. A prisoner civil complaint form (with cause number thereon) shall be mailed to Plaintiff for completion and signature, and then return to the clerk of Court within the time set forth below. Failure to comply with this order may lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute pursuant to FRCvP 41(b). Deadline to cure the deficiency is 30 days.
