                ORDER: On June 10, 2024, the pro se plaintiffs filed a complaint against the defendants. ECF No. #1 . Because they have paid the filing fee (id.), the plaintiffs are responsible for serving the defendants with a summons and a copy of the complaint in this case as Rule 4(c) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides. If they do not serve the defendants within 90 days after the filing of the complaint, the action is subject to dismissal without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). In addition, Rule 4(l) requires the plaintiff to file proof of service with the Court unless the defendant waives service. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge Hal R.
