ORDER FOR ISSUANCE OF WRITS OF GARNISHMENT: Before the Court is the United States of America's application for writs of garnishment to garnishees Franklin Templeton Investor Services, LLC; LPL Financial, LLC; and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America and their successors, affiliates and/or assigns, for substantial nonexempt property belonging or due to the defendant/judgment- debtor, Harris Brooks, and/or his spouse, Vicki Diane Brooks.
