As of the date of this Order, Plaintiff has not complied with the Courts previous Orders by filing supplemental briefing. Accordingly, the Court extends the deadline for Plaintiff to file supplemental briefing on or before November 8, 2024. The Court cautions Plaintiff that failure to comply with this Order may result in dismissal of this case without prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) for failure to prosecute the case or obey the Courts Orders.
