SHOW CAUSE ORDER: Plaintiff filed a civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. On December 2, 2021, this Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee of$402'00 or to file the following document(s) within twenty (20) days from the date of that Order: A signed Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. Plaintiff has failed to respond to the prior Order. It is, therefore, ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date of this Order to pay the $402.00 filing fee or file the documents or file a sworn affidavit or unsworn declaration made under penalty of perjury under 28 U.S.C. 1746. He filed a certificate of his inmate trust account, but he did not submit a signed application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). Therefore, by January 3, 2022 (30 days), Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $402 filing fee or file a signed application to proceed IFP. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
