February 1, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, NOTICE, AND INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTIES. Respondent is directed to file an answer to Petitioner's petition within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order. No extensions will be granted. Applicable issues must be raised in the answer filed by Respondent. Respondent shall mail a copy of the answer with a copy of any supporting briefs to the Petitioner or his attorney of record. Respondent shall file a certificate with the Clerk evidencing such service. All records must be filed with the Clerk within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order. Petitioner's response to Respondent's answer to be filed within thirty (30) days from the date sown on Respondent's certificate of service.
