Filing 7 ORDER PERMITTING FILING IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND ORDER DIRECTING SERVICE BY THE UNITED STATES MARSHAL: Plaintiff has presented a request to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) in the above-styled case. ECF No. #3 . The Court has reviewed the request and is of the opinion that it should be granted. It is, therefore, ORDERED that: The Clerk shall file Plaintiff's pleadings without prepayment of costs or security therefor; The Clerk of Court is directed to complete Form USM-285 and issue summons to Defendant. The Clerk of Court shall provide Form USM-285, the completed summons, Plaintiff's Complaint, a form to consent to proceed before a United States Magistrate Judge, and this Order to the United States Marshal (USM) for service upon Defendant as provided in Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3). The USM shall, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order and in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(i), effectuate service upon Defendant as follows: Commissioner of Social Security; Attorney General of the United States; Region VI, Social Security Administration, and the United States Attorney's Office. Within ten (10) days after service is effectuated, the USM shall file the return of service for Defendant and state costs incurred.
