February 24, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 6 SECOND ORDER AND NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY: It is ORDERED that Griffin shall have twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order to file an amended complaint that complies with Rule 8 and the Court's January 31 order. It is furtherORDERED that Griffin shall have twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order to file an amended IFP application that accurately and completely reports her financial situation (as described in the January 31 order), or she must otherwise pay the $402.00 filing fee. Griffin is further admonished that failure to comply with this Order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed for failure to prosecute in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 (b).
