The Court finds that Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus should be and it is hereby transferred to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, San Angelo Division. For the reasons stated herein, it is ORDERED that the caption of this case shall be changed to reflect that Lorie Davis, as Director of the Texas Department of Criminal justice, Correctional Institutions Division, is the proper Respondent and Bryan Collier and Balden Polk shall be terminated as the Respondent.
