OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 99 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment; denying 116 Defendant's Motion to Compel. Plaintiffs are granted an extension of two weeks from receipt of this order to designate Neal Batson as an expert witness if they wish to do so. On the motion to compel, Plaintiff shall submit settlement agreements for in camera review within ten days, after which the Court will decide whether they should be disclosed to the defendant.
