MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Defendants Naik's, Williams's, Ahmad's, & Dostal's Motion for Summary Judgment 249 is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's Eighth Amendment and ADA claims against them are DISMISSED with prejudice; and Plaintiff&# 039;s breach of contract claim is DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. Defendants Hudspeth's and Miller's Motion for Summary Judgment 251 is GRANTED, and all of Plaintiff's claims against them are DISMISSED with prej udice. Plaintiff's consolidated action is DISMISSED in its entirety against all defendants. All other pending motions, if any, are DENIED.
