OPINION AND ORDER. Both parties' motions for summary judgment [66, 67, 68] are DENIED regarding the breach of contract claim and the unjust enrichment claim. Lear's motion for summary judgment 68 is GRANTED as to Reveille's negligence claim. Finally. Lear's motion to dismiss 68 Reveilles fraudulent nondisclosure claim pursuant to Rule 9(b) is GRANTED.
