MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered GRANTING 25 MOTION to Stay Pending Determination of Inter Partes Review of Patent-in-Suit. A stay pending the denial or completion of the inter partes review is granted, except to require the parties to excha nge their infringement and invalidity contentions. Neuro-Cardiac must serve its infringement contentions no later than October 15, 2018. LivaNova must serve its invalidity contentions no later than December 3, 2018. Either party may move to lift the stay, but must do so within 14 days after the PTAB either denies the petition for inter partes review or grants the petition and issues its decision.
