Defendants' current deadline to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint is vacated. This action is governed by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, 15 U.S.C. 78u-4, et seq. (the "Reform Act"), which provides for the appointment of a lead plaintiff and approval of lead counsel. The lead plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within forty-five (45) days of the order appointing lead plaintiff and lead counsel. Defendants shall have forty-five (45) days from the date of filing of the lead plaintiffs amended complaint to answer or otherwise respond to the amended complaint. If Defendants file a motion in response to the amended complaint, thelead plaintiff shall have forty-five (45) days to respond, and Defendants shall have thirty (30) days to reply thereafter.
