The lead plaintiff shall file an amended complaint within forty-five (45) days of the order appointing lead plaintiff and lead counsel. Defendants shall have forty-five (45) days from the date of filing of the lead plaintiffs amended complaint to answer or otherwise respond to the amended complaint. If Defendants file a motion in response to the amended complaint, thelead plaintiff shall have forty-five (45) days to respond, and Defendants shall have thirty (30) days to reply thereafter.
