This court does not have jurisdiction, and the Fifth Circuit affirmed this holding. Even if this court had jurisdiction, it is likely impossible that a 397-page second amended complaint complies with therules. Emest Adimora-Nweke's 60(b) and 15(a)(2) motions are denied #44 .
