REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS that Plaintiffs claims against the Williamson County Jail be dismissed with prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e). It is further recommended that the de fendants Motions to Dismiss [#29-33] be DISMISSED, as they are superseded by the defendants Supplemental Motion for Summary Judgment [#42].
