ORDERED, that, within thirty (30) days of the filing of this Order, petitionermust clarify his intention in this Court by either: (1) withdrawing the instant 2254 application for habeas corpus (ECF No. 1) as it relates to the revocation of his parole in December 2020 by filing a Notice of Withdrawal, or (2) filing an amended 2254 application for habeas corpus on the forms tobe provided so that the amended application clearly and concisely states his allegations and relief sought. The Clerk of the Court shall forward to petitioner the correct forms for filing a federal habeas application pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254. re #1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Kent Anthony Krueger. it is ORDERED that petitioner must either: (1) submit the required filing fee of $5.00 along with the amended application, or (2) file a completed IFP application along with a current institutional trust fund account statement showing deposits and balances to petitioners institutionalaccount for the previous six months.
