MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER granting 29 Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment and denying 30 Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment: The court concludes that Plaintiff's action was timely filed. However, ValueO ptions' denial of benefits was reasonable. Thus, Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED, and ValueOptions' Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
