September 1, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 13 DOCKET TEXT ORDER FOR BRIEFING ON ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS. On August 27, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Acceptance of Rule 68 Offer of Judgment. (ECF No. 12.) In the Notice, in addition to Defendant's offered judgment, Plaintiff requests reasonable attorney fees and costs "as determined by the court." Plaintiff is ordered to file an affidavit of attorney fees and costs in support of this request.
