The Court finds that Petitioner has three prior convictions for violent felonies under the ACCA and, thus, his sentence was proper. Therefore, the Court will enforce Petitioners collateral appeal waiver and dismiss his § 2255 motion. The Courts previous ruling on Johnsons retroactivity is vacated.
