UPON CONSIDERATION of the Court's 6 Order granting Plaintiffs' #5 Motion for Extension of Time to file Oppositions to the: #1 Notice of Removal filed by the United States; #2 Motion to Dismiss filed by the United States; and #4 Motion to Dismiss filed by the Virgin Islands Police Department (Dkt. No. 4-4), and extending the deadline for Plaintiffs' submission of their oppositions for twenty-one days--until January 3, 2022--as requested by Plaintiffs, and the Court's 7 Order further extending the deadline to file until January 10, 2022 based on Plaintiffs' failure to file, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall have up to and including January 20, 2022 to file their oppositions to the Notice of Removal and Defendants' Motions to Dismiss.
