SO ORDERED: UPON CONSIDERATION OF THE JOINT MOTION of Plaintiff ZyLAB DCS USA,LLC and Defendant Paul C. Easton, by and through their counsel, and the Court having been fully advised and finding good cause therefore, it is herebyORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED; and it is further ORDERED that ZyLAB DCS USA, LLC shall have until October 15, 2019, to file its response to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, and Defendant may file a reply to that response within the time provided in the Local Rules; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk shall remove the hearing currently set for September 13, 2019,from the docket. If the Parties do not reach a settlement by October 1, 2019, the Parties shall promptly confer about available dates and a hearing shall be re-noticed at that point..
