As a result, the Court set a hearing for June 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM, to seek clarifying information. The Court notified Plaintiff of the hearing by e-mail and phone. At the time of the hearing, Plaintiff did not appear. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion is DENIED without prejudice; and it is further ORDERED that Plaintiff REFILE the Motion with a complete application setting forth Plaintiffs current financial information, including her current income, assets and any anticipated changes during the next 12 months, with sufficient detail to enable the Court to determine whether Plaintiff may proceed in forma pauperis.
