Filing 1 MEMORANDUM ORDER. For the reasons stated, the Court will DISMISS Plaintiffs Eichel and Lewis as parties to this action. The Court will DIRECT the Clerkto open separate civil actions for each Eichel and Lewis. It is ORDERED that: 1) Plaintiffs Eichel and Lewis are DISMISSED as plaintiffs to this action: 2) This action shall proceed with Hardee as the sole plaintiff; and, 3. The Clerk shall open new, individual civil actions for Plaintiffs Eichel and Lewis. The Clerk SHALL FILE (a) this Memorandum Order: (b) a copy of the Complaint; and, (c) each individual Plaintiff's consent to collection of fees form and application to proceed in forma pauperis in each new action.
