ORDER AWARDING DEFAULT JUDGMENT - For the reasons discussed above, the Court GRANTS Amlin's Motion for Default Judgment. Accordingly, default judgment is ENTERED in favor of Amlin, #16 and the Court DECLARES that: First Title and Ms. Bacon have breached their obligations under the Policy by deliberately or intentionally refusing to cooperate with the defense of the claim as required bythe Policy; and Amlin therefore has no obligation to defend or indemnify First Title or Ms. Bacon in connection with Cause Number 2020-115172 in Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia or any claim asserted by Lendterra arising out of the facts alleged in that action.
