ORDER (Granting Motion to Amend Complaint). This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiff's pro se "Request for an Amended Complaint" filed on August 13, 2021 (ECF No. #4 ), which shall be construed as a letter motion to amend the Complaint (ECF No. #1 ). The Complaint has not yet been served and Plaintiff is therefore free to amend his complaint in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion is hereby GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to file the Amended Complaint attached to Plaintiff's Motion (ECF No. 4-1). It is so ORDERED. Signed by Senior United States District Judge Henry E. Hudson on 9/1/2021.
