March 9, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on prose Plaintiff Jeremy Lyle's Motion for Extension of Time (the "Motion"). (ECF No. 4.) Upon due consideration, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b)(1), and for good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the Motion. (ECF No. 4.) Lyle shall file his Amended Complaint no later than 45 days from the date of this Order. While the Court's January 30, 2023 Order advises Lyle on how to frame his Amended Complaint, there are places that might be able to offer legal assistance. January 30, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER that the Application to proceed informa pauperis is provisionally GRANTED #1 . Lyle may proceed in this case without paying the Court's filing fee. The Court hereby ORDERS that the Clerk shall provisionally file the proffered Complaint; and it is further ORDERED that, no later than March 1, 2023, Lyle shall file an Amended Complaint, with a Ghostwriting Form attached, which outlines in simple and straightforward terms why Lyle thinks that he is entitled to relief and why the Court has jurisdiction over his case.
