ORDER re Plaintiff's #6 MOTION for Relief ex Parte Restraints and Order to Show Cause: Respondent Glercy Rosario Duarte Reynosa shall appear before the Court for an Evidentiary Hearing set for 12/17/2019 at 01:30 PM in Courtroom 15106 before Judge Robert S. Lasnik. Respondent Glercy Rosario Duarte Reynosa is not to remove the children, S.C.H.D. and J.A.H.D., from the Western District of Washington without prior written approval from the Court. Any papers in opposition to the petition for the return of S.C.H.D. and J.A.H.D, and a list of witnesses who will testify at the evidentiary hearing shall be filed no later than 12/12/2019.
