Kiewit sought to withdraw under the latter rule but did not include the required certification. MINUTE ORDER (text only) GRANTING IN PART Defendant Siemens Corporation's #101 Motion to Extend Corporate Disclosure Statement Deadline. While this motion was pending, Siemens filed its corporate disclosure statement roughly three weeks late on July 22, 2024. Dkt. No. #115 ; see also June 26, 2024 Docket Entry. Siemens' motion does not show good cause, Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b), and the motion and the late statement also violate Local Civil Rule 7(j), which requires that a "motion for relief from a deadline should, whenever possible, be filed sufficiently in advance of the deadline to allow the court to rule on the motion prior to the deadline" and that parties "comply with the existing deadline unless the court orders otherwise." In addition, Defendants Milton R. and Co, LLC, Ecodyne Corporation, Noise Control of Washington, Inc., and Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. filed their disclosure statements late without good cause or timely motions for an extension.
