ORDER adopting in part Magistrate Joel's 18 Report and Recommendation; Plaintiff's claims against Wexford Medical Sources are dismissed without prejudice; Plaintiff's claims against Adrian Hoke are dismissed with prejudice; Plaintiff 's claims against Dr. Proctor and Tristan Tenney shall proceed.
