The defendants' affidavit of expenses shall be filed by 4/20/2010 and Felman's response, which shall include a statement as to responsibility for the conduct, shall be filed by 4/30/2010; 202 MOTION to Compel is denied; 238 and 312 Applications for Attorney Fees relating to 176 Motion to Compel and 240 Motion to Reconsider is granted. On or before 4/23/2010, plaintiff's counsel shall pay a total of $7,716.75 to Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, L.L.P.; 245 MOTION to Compel is denied; 283 MOTION to Compel, 283 MOTION for Protective Order is taken under advisement pending the next hearing. The Court orders the parties to brief the issues simultaneously. The party with the burden of proof will file its brief on 4/21/2010, the opposing party's response will be filed 5/3/2010. The reply will be filed on 5/10/2010. The parties will consult with each other as to the ne xt hearing date, which will occur during the week of May 10-14, 2010. Two days prior to the next hearing, the parties will complete an agenda for the hearing for the prompt, economical and efficient resolution of discovery disputes.
