MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court ORDERS that the 1 Petition for Review of Administrative Order of the Undersecretary of Health be DENIED and that the final decision of the Disciplinary Appeals Board, as approved by the Principal Deputy Und er Secretary for Health, be AFFIRMED. The Court ORDERS that the Respondent's 12 Unopposed Motion to File Administrative Record Under Seal and 18 Motion to File Administrative Record (Volume II) Under Seal be GRANTED and that the administr ative record be FILED UNDER SEAL. Further, Petitioner's 24 MOTION for Extension for Reconsideration of Petitioner's Motion for Page Limit Extension be DENIED and that any other pending motions be TERMINATED AS MOOT; Finally, the Court ORDERS that judgment be entered in favor of the Respondent and that this case be DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the docket.
