August 29, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 51 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part plaintiffs' 4 MOTION for Preliminary Injunction. The court hereby enjoins the defendants from separating students into single-sex classes at Van Devender Middle School for the remainder of the 2012-13 school year, and unless and until any single-sex program offered meets the requirements of the constitution and Title IX, in particular the Department of Education regulations as interpreted by the court today.
