ORDER Consolidating Related Actions, Appointing Co-Lead Counsel, Accepting Service, and Applying Stay to Consolidated Action signed by Judge William C Griesbach on 11/12/2024. Case No. 24-C-903, Hollin v. Bartlett et al. and Case No. 24-C-1198, Namesnik v. Deister et al. are CONSOLIDATED for all purposes, including pretrial proceedings and trial. All papers filed in connection with the Consolidated Action will be maintained in one file under Case No. 24-C-903. Co-Lead Counsel for Plaintiffs for the conduct of the Consolidated Action shall be: Timothy Brown of The Brown Law Firm, P.C. and Seth D. Rigrodsky, Timothy J. MacFall, and Vincent A. Licata of Rigrodsky Law, P.A. Defendants hereby accept service of the summons and complaint filed in Namesnik v. Deister et al., 24-C-1198 without waiver of any rights or defenses except as to sufficiency of service. The Order Staying Case (Dkt. No. #6 ) that effected a stay of proceedings in Hollin v.
