However, Plaintiff is now also PERMITTED to proceed against Defendants Jon Litscher and Lori Alsum, in their individual capacities, on Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference claim for their alleged involvement in creating a policy that caused Plaintiff to receive inadequate medical care. Given a lteration to Plaintiff's claims, specified deadlines of 16 the Court's 8/1/2018 Scheduling Order are MODIFIED as follows: Discovery now to be completed by 4/1/2019; Interim Settlement Report now due by 4/10/2019; Summary Judgment Motions now due by 4/25/2019. 21 Defendants' Motion to Stay the Dispositive Motion Deadline is DENIED as moot.
