The deadlines for Rule 26(a)(3) disclosures and motions in limine, the 2/4/2016 Final Pretrial Conference, and the 2/16/2016 trial date are stricken. The court will set new deadlines for the remainder of this case, including the parties' renewed motions for summary judgment, after it resolves the outstanding issues concerning the validity of Regulation O.
