OPINION & ORDER granting 39 Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiffs may have until March 5, 2018, to file: (1) amended complaint; and (2) any evidence that they have been assigned the right to recover the debts allegedly owed in this case. If plaintiffs d o not respond to this order, the court will dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction and direct the clerk of court to enter judgment. If plaintiffs file an amended complaint, defendants may have until March 26, 2018, to file a renewed motion to dismiss. The schedule for this case is STRUCK.
