ORDER granting 10 Defendant Discover Bank's motion to compel arbitration. This case is STAYED pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings. Because the arbitration may resolve all of the issues between the parties and make any further proc eedings in this court unnecessary, the clerk of court is directed to close the case administratively.
