Plaintiffs now move for reconsideration of the order granting the extension. Dkt. #15 . The motion is denied. Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction is supported by a 48-page brief that was filed on Saturday, December 21. Defendants' request for a one-week extension, from January 3 to January 10, is eminently reasonable, even in light of the "fluid" situation with the ongoing state-court litigation.
