** TEXT ONLY ORDER **Plaintiff has filed a complaint in which he relies solely on 28 U.S.C. 1332 as a basis for jurisdiction, but his complaint doesn't currently meet the requirements of that statute because he hasn't properly alleged diversity of citizenship. First, plaintiff doesn't identify the members of defendant Haljoe Coaches USA, LLC or those members' states of citizenship. See Cosgrove v. Bartolotta, 150 F.3d 729, 731 (7th Cir. 1998). Second, plaintiff doesn't identify defendant National Interstate Insurance Company's state of incorporation. 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1). Plaintiff may have until August 28, 2020 to file an amended complaint in which he properly alleges the parties' citizenship.
