Filing 7 ** TEXT ONLY ORDER **Asserting claims under both state and federal law, plaintiff Helbachs Cafe LLC filed this action in Dane County Circuit Court on Monday, August 10, 2020, along with a motion for a temporary restraining order. (Dkt. # #1 -2, #1 -3.) Yesterday, August 12, defendants the City of Madison, County of Dane, Janel Heinrich, Marci Paulsen and Bonnie Koenig, both answered and removed this action to this court. (Dkt. # #1 , #1 -4.) To bring it in compliance with this court's #Procedure to be followed on Motions for Injunctive Relief, therefore, plaintiff is directed to file a statement of proposed findings of fact in support of its motion for a temporary restraining order by tomorrow, August 14, 2020. Defendants' opposition to the motion, including responses to the statement of proposed findings of facts is due by noon on Wednesday, August 19, 2020. The court will hold a hearing on the motion by Zoom on August 20, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. For purposes of that hearing, the court will accept the proffer of all timely submitted affidavits/declarations as evidence, provided both sides have conferred and designated any such affiants/declarants that they wish to have present for cross-examination by 5 pm on Wednesday, August 19, and those designated witnesses are proffered for cross-examination by the proponent at the August 20th hearing.
